Step 7. Open the public view only version of the [PKD Tool].

Expected Result:  The [PKD Tool] displays for viewers with network access to Google Drive.

The [PKD Tool] introduces an innovative approach by using a simple spreadsheet structure to define automation keywords. During the initial setup, new users receive their own copy of the [PKD Tool], a Google Sheet equipped with powerful editing macros. These macros include:

  • Phrase Lookup: Quickly locate specific keywords.

  • Point-and-Click Selection: Easily select a desired Phrase.

  • Search Functionality: Jump to saved scripts effortlessly.

  • Playback Feature: Visualize script flow sequences for seamless execution.

This intuitive tool streamlines the user experience, making automation setup efficient and accessible.
