The Phrase-Keyword Designer Tool, PKD, offers a handy way to communicate step-by-step instructional guidance to your user community. With the capability of Phrase-Keyword's [Change Genre] feature, you can reference a Phrase-Keyword library genre to match the industry you are in.
Now, on the other hand... if you're looking to guide users through a website using Point and Click level guidance, the good news is that by default the PKD Tool is loaded with sufficient Phrase-Keywords requiring no change of the Genre.
